RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview All our products are unique and produced per order. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, strictly under the guidelines below, Archaeology Art offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product you ordered arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we are here to help. To resolve this quickly, please email us at info@archaeologyart.shop within a week's time with:

  1. Photos of the damaged product.

  2. Your order number.

  3. Any other details you may have about your order.

We will review your case and send you a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Sizing and Exchanges We provide sizing charts within the photos section of every listing to display the measurements of each item. Please review the size charts carefully before placing orders.

  • Wrongly Ordered Sizes: Because we make everything on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the wrong size ordered. Requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product at our expense.

  • Mislabeled Items: Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please contact us at info@archaeologyart.shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Cancellations Your orders are processed immediately and sent to production within an average of 1 hour. For this reason, we have set a strict 1-hour cancellation window. If a cancellation is requested after this period, money and time have already been invested in the production of your item, and it is unlikely that a cancellation will be possible.

Refunds If a refund is approved (due to damage or manufacturing error), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packages For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
