SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time All our products are made to order just for you! Please allow 3–7 business days for us to create, inspect, and package your products before they are shipped. Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time". The processing time is how long it takes to make the product, and shipping time is how long it takes to reach your door after it leaves our facility.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 2-5 business days

  • Canada: 10-15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States! For other regions, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Multiple Packages Since we work with different print providers to ensure the best quality for each specific item, if you order multiple different products (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), they may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Don't worry if one item arrives before the other!

Customs and Import Taxes For orders shipped outside of the United States (e.g. Canada), buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Archaeology Art is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, if your package is lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), we will reprint and resend your order free of charge.
