CANCELLATIONS:
Orders are sent to production within an average of 1 hour after placement. For this reason, we operate a strict 1-hour cancellation window. Once an item has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible because materials and labor have already been committed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All our products are made to order just for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

EU/UK Customer Right of Withdrawal:
Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the EU and UK have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Article 16(c)) - which includes our custom-printed apparel.

• A short description of the issue

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
